Each patient's surgical problem and surgical plan is unique and tailored to the individual. The outcome is dependent upon many factors, the most important of which is the skill and expertise of the surgeon. At Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr. Melancon evaluates each patient thoroughly, and together you will discuss your unique options and goals. Dr. Melancon has spent additional training on top of residency training operating exclusively on the face and neck, making her expertise unique and sought after. The below prices are meant to assist patients in preparation for the financial aspect of their journey and may be subject to change.

Surgical Pricing Structure

Below, Dr. Melancon's current surgical pricing is listed. She performs surgeries primarily under anesthesia (either sedation or general) at an outpatient surgical center. All listed prices include the surgeon's fees alone and include the surgery itself, along with all pre and post-operative visits. The price also includes 6 months of membership in the Blue Heron Operative Concierge Package, which offers several complimentary services and member discounts. Please see the section below on what to anticipate in terms of additional anesthesia and facility fees.

Often, several surgeries are performed at the same time, which requires a tailored financial estimate.

Anesthesia & Facility Fees

There is variability in associated fees depending on the length of the surgery as well as the location of the surgery. These fees are based on the average length of procedure(s), which can have some variability depending on each individual patient as well as the type or combination of surgeries.

On average, anesthesia & facility fees for surgeries range as below and represent the entire cost of anesthesia and facility fees. These estimates are not guarantees, and price variation depends on where the surgery is performed.

  • 1-2 hours: $1500-3000
  • 2-3 hours: $2500-4000
  • 3-4 hours: $3500-4500
  • 5-6 hours: $5000-6500
  • 7-8 hours: $7000-8000

If the surgery is performed in the office at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery under local anesthesia, depending on the procedure, the facility fee is $500-750.

Other Possible Costs

  • Overnight care: Occasionally, overnight nursing care is required, and patients may be required to additionally pay for an overnight nurse or medical assistant.
