Below, Dr. Melancon’s current surgical pricing is listed. She performs surgeries primarily under anesthesia (either sedation or general) at an outpatient surgical center. All listed prices include the surgeon’s fees alone and include the surgery itself, along with all pre and post-operative visits. The price also includes 6 months of membership in the Blue Heron Operative Concierge Package, which offers several complimentary services and member discounts. Please see the section below on what to anticipate in terms of additional anesthesia and facility fees.

Lip lifting is another alternative to long-term filler use and is a wonderful way to rejuvenate the mouth. Lip lifts can be performed in the office under local anesthesia.
