At Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr. Melancon evaluates each patient thoroughly and together you will discuss your unique options and goals. Dr. Melancon has spent additional training on top of residency training operating exclusively on the face and neck, making her expertise unique and sought after. The below prices are meant to assist patients in preparation for the financial aspect of their journey and may be subject to change.
Below, Dr. Melancon’s current surgical pricing is listed. She performs surgeries primarily under anesthesia (either sedation or general) at an outpatient surgical center. All listed prices include the surgeon’s fees alone and include the surgery itself, along with all pre and postoperative visits and most supplies. The price also includes 3 month mini-membership in The Face Society, which offers several complimentary services and member discounts. Often, several surgeries are performed at the same time which requires a tailored financial estimate, including bundling discounts.
Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery encourages payment with cash, cashiers’ check, or personal check (2 weeks prior to procedure). Credit card payments >$1000 incur an additional 3% charge.
Financing options are also available through PatientFi, Cherry, & CareCredit. Use of financing incurs an additional 5% fee.

Rhinoplasty, known as one of the most complex surgeries of the face, changes the external shape of the nose by reshaping and repositioning nasal cartilage and bone, as well as often improving the functionality of the nose. Sometimes, the septum and/or inferior turbinates need to be addressed additionally at the same time.

Revision rhinoplasty is uniquely challenging and requires an expert level skillset to address issues caused by previous rhinoplasties. There is high variability in what is required for a given revision rhinoplasty, causing variation in price and time. Occasionally, donor rib cartilage is required as well, which is an additional fee.

Alarplasty (or alar base reduction) addresses the nostril width and flare only, with no changes to the nasal tip. If performed in isolation, this procedure is done in the office under local anesthesia.

Septal perforation repair is extremely technically challenging, requiring a unique skillset. There are several approaches for repair, however for larger perforations, repair requires an open rhinoplasty approach, along with use of acellular dermal matrix or temporalis fascia grafting.

A browlift elevates the brows, causing rejuvenation and a more youthful appearance of the eyes. Browlifts can be performed endoscopically, with an incision along the hairline, or just in the temporal region, depending on the patient’s anatomy, goals, and surgeon evaluation.

The ultimate refresh to address the effects of gravity on the face. Primarily performed in deep plane fashion, a facelift addresses not only excess skin, but the drooping of deeper structures in the face and neck in order to give a natural rejuvenation and refresh.

A deep neck lift addresses the deeper layers of the neck, including deep fat, muscles, and sometimes glands, to give the most definition along the jawline.

Addresses extra skin of the upper eyelid along with any extra fat, giving the eyes a more wakeful and rejuvenated appearance. Often performed in conjunction with a browlift. If performed alone, can be done in the office under local anesthesia.

Chin implants can add definition to your jawline and profile, contributing to overall facial balance. Chin augmentation is often performed under local anesthesia in the office, either through an incision on the inside of your mouth or under your chin. Pricing includes implant.

Liposuction of the chin, neck and jawline can be performed in addition to other procedures, or by itself in the office under local anesthesia, which avoids anesthesia fees. In the right patient, liposuction can offer enhancement of your jawline and profile.

In the right patient, buccal fat pad excision is helpful in giving more contour to the cheeks, and can be performed under local anesthesia in the office, or in conjunction with other procedures.

Lip lifting is another alternative to longterm filler use and is a wonderful way to give rejuvenation to the mouth. Lip lifts can be performed in the office under local anesthesia, avoiding anesthesia fees.

If the surgery is performed in the office at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery under local anesthesia, depending on the procedure, the in office facility fee is $750.
